WEEK 1

Onboarding Team Assigned & Build Begins

  • Account is assigned to Onboarding Team
  • Client Agreement call
  • Cover RockEd Certification
  • Discovery call
  • Go live date determined & all training scheduled
  • PJM1 starts building the account & requests inventory feeds
WEEK 2

Account Build & QA'd for Training Week

  • Validate all feeds are loaded & VINCUE settings are correct
  • PJM2 drafts syndication emails
  • Price mapping completed beginning of the week
  • Launch Coordinator signs off on the account set up
  • Inventory check with dealer at the end of week
WEEK 3

Training Week

  • Training week & logins provided
  • Performance Manager to start meeting with the dealer regularly
  • Performance Manager will go over buyers guides & description builder
  • Launch Coordinator signs off on the account
  • Final Go Live Settings are in place to prepare for syndication week
WEEK 4

Start of Go Live

  • Syndications are sent out to the website & third parties
  • Once syndications are complete, the Performance Manager will take over the account
  • Email is sent out to the dealer when syndications are complete
  • Quality check for 30 days after syndications are complete which includes, Project Managers, Launch Coordinator & QA team
